They said it was on this truck but it wasn't. Finally the manager came out and said "Here's the deal, we don't know where the part is. A week later he walked in asking about it, to which he had 3 different people, including at least one manager working with him to find answers. ![]() He kept calling for a status and they said they are still waiting for the part to come in, that it was coming from Texas. Well his local apple store (in Boston) had the thing for about 3 weeks. He was well out of warranty but figured he couldn't afford a new Macbook so he might as well bring it in and spend a bit to replace the airport. The best story I have witnessed was a friend of mine who had an older 2004-ish White iBook. I didn't realize expect anything but just thought I would mention it. There was only one time they didn't help me when my 6's screen was scratching up from just normal wear in my pocket. To this day I have been impressed with Apples customer support.
